Who can join as a voucher?

Anyone with a credible network in tech: devs, designers, PMs, founders, advisors. Invite-only, LinkedIn check in 2 minutes.

How much can I earn?

5% of the candidate's base salary on signing. €60k mid → €3,000. €100k senior → €5,000. €150k lead → €7,500. 3-5 closes a year = €15-30k extra.

How do I get paid? Is it legal?

Yes. We handle the tax setup based on your country — light-touch self-employment paperwork below the local threshold, VAT registration above it. Templates supplied. Bank transfer in 14 days.

What if two people vouch for the same candidate?

The form wins on timestamp — and it's the only valid channel. No WhatsApp, email, or DMs.

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. We're an introduction community. Screening and hiring stay with the company. For regulated roles we partner with licensed agencies.

Why you instead of an agency?

Agency: 25% of base salary. LinkedIn Recruiter: €15k/year plus a dedicated recruiter. Us: 10% only on signed contracts — and half goes to the human who brought you the right person.

What roles do you cover?

Tech roles: devs, data/ML, product, design, DevOps, leads, CTO. From mid-2026 also sales tech and C-level.

Can I vouch for myself?

No. We pay people who bring someone else. Self-vouches get rejected automatically.
